What are you doing on the daily to make your corner of the world a better place?
On the whole, we humans seem to be facing a crisis of sorts. Whether we realize it or not, we have lived through (and are still living with) a trauma. We are emotionally drained, lonely, and more and more isolated. We are overly busy, yet under challenged in our jobs, and spread thin in our personal lives so that we can’t give our loved ones the care they deserve.
What are you doing to improve this situation for your employees? Your friends and neighbors? Your family? As leaders, we are in a powerful position to aid others in recovering from the trauma they’ve been living with.
And, likewise, what are you doing to improve the same situation for yourself?
