When you imagine the perfect workplace, what do you see?

Josh Bersin did an amazing talk yesterday for hashtag#wbecs22 about what companies need in this age of not only disruption, but also reinvention.

His research indicates that the key to success is hiring and retaining the best people. And our ability to hire and retain rests squarely on employee well being.

It’s no longer good enough to fold out a ping pong table in the corner of the office and call it a day. The best of the best are seeking individualized, nuanced benefit and reward packages and, more importantly hashtag#employeeexperiences.

For most of these employees it comes down to hashtag#meaningfulwork , strong management, hashtag#positiveworkplace , hashtag#healthandwellbeing , hashtag#growth and hashtag#opportunity , and hashtag#trust in the organization.
