Another great Leadership Bootcamp is in the books!
Last week I had the pleasure of working with another cohort of awesome leaders and I can’t wait to see what they do as they move forward in their careers!
As usual, we covered topics critical to new leader success such as prioritization, delegation, and your natural leadership style, but what continues to amaze me about this program is that each cohort brings it’s own unique and fresh perspectives, which makes for a super engaging and powerful way to spend a few days.
