In my ongoing efforts to spend less time online and more time meeting with people “in real life,” I’m trying something new.
Every Monday morning I’m going to pop into my local coffee shop and hold an office hours of sorts. Bring me your business problems, your non profit struggles, your public service challenges, and your social enterprise opportunities. I’ll be there with a coffee in my hand and thoughtful ear to lend.
Whatever you want to discuss, I will be available to listen, offer suggestions, and brainstorm. We’ll do whatever is in the best interest of your organization, and we’ll do it together.
I am offering this service free of charge as a way to help my community grow in strategic and resilient ways. And as a way for all of us to reconnect as real, live humans, where the best solutions emerge.
This is an experiment. I’ll try it for a few months to see whether it catches on. I might also alter the plan if I find that a different day, time, or location is better for my community. So please stop by and join me for a coffee and a conversation. And stay tuned for updates as I learn more about the best ways to serve you, my community members.
