I had a great time at BACon, organized by IIBA in Columbus Ohio on Friday. Brian Link and I presented on The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly of Agile.
Well, actually we did a bit of presenting and a lot of facilitating. Because the attendees at the conference had all sorts of interesting experiences and amazing ideas to share. We all left with some new things to try in our organizations to improve outcomes for our teams, our products, and our organizations.
