“I’ll be back for part 2!”

My March Leadership Bootcamp just wrapped up and I have to admit that I think I have more fun each time I run it.

This time, EVERY attendee gave the program the highest rating possible in ALL categories! Maybe we’re hitting our stride?

As a reminder, Leadership Bootcamp is a two-day, twelve-hour introduction to authentic leadership for new and aspiring leaders. We cover everything from Your Natural Leadership Style and Giving and Receiving Feedback to Delegation, Time Management, and Building High Performing Teams.

And once you’ve completed the Bootcamp you’re eligible to participate in the advanced program, Leadership in the Trenches. In this one we cover more strategic topics like Change Leadership, Motivation, Succession Planning, and Modern Risk Management. It’s perfect for the mid-level or senior leader.

If you’ve been putting of joining us, you should really think about signing up for the next offering. This was the last Bootcamp for the 2025-2026 school year, but we’re loading the 2026-2027 sessions into the website now so you can secure your spot for September before the classes fills up.
