This situation leaves us without both the resources and the relationships necessary to survive as a species, let alone to thrive as individuals. Will we take back control of our communities and neighborhoods, rebuilding them stronger and better, or will we leave them for dead?

As a society, we’ve lost the skills necessary to communicate with each other openly and respectfully about difficult topics. As a Deliberative Democracy facilitator and conflict resolution expert, Nicole has the skills and experience to support the development of real, citizen-led change for mid-sized and small cities and communities.
