Join me May 18th for “Small Business Operations: Growing your Business from the Inside Out”

I’m excited to share that I will be participating in a FREE workshop series especially for small business owners.

Together with Michalina Schnieder, Director and Certified Business Advisor from the Small Business Development Center at Ashland University, we will be discussing a number of topics critical to the success of your small business.

I will be covering operations basics for the small but growing organization. Topics in this session include streamlining daily operations, managing your team and time, and building a solid foundation to support steady, sustainable growth.

This one is for you if your organization is ready to grow, but you are unsure how to do so, or if you’re already growing and finding it difficult to keep up with all the day-to-day “noise”. It doesn’t matter whether you are a solopreneur, or a company of 500, just starting out or well on your way, this workshop will help you figure out how to get organized and multiply your effectiveness as a leader and an organization.
