I had a such a good time at the Cincy Deliver conference last Friday! If you’ve never been, you should definitely add it to your agenda for next year.
The topics were so interesting and the people were amazing. I especially liked Liz Rettig’s talk on using AI and Kanban together to improve processes for software development teams. But I also learned about Reticulum and Cryptography from Guy Royse, some fascinating case studies in agile coaching from Somi Sengupta, an Agile Leadership model from Brian Link and how our unlearned Agile lessons are haunting us in our AI transformations from Matt Anderson. It’s probably the best conference I’ve attended yet this year.
Thank you, Philip Japikse for putting together such a great event, and thank you, Sarah Kundla for the great photos of my session!
